Blackened Sesame Crusted Jersey Fresh Tuna
with Seaweed and Wasabi

Off the Hook Seafood, Long Beach Island





1 ½ cups Black sesame seeds
16 oz Jersey Fresh Sushi Grade Tuna
To taste Salt and Black Pepper (or cayenne for a little spice)

 

Preheat a pan (large enough to hold the tuna) until very hot.
Press tuna to coat with the sesame seeds.
Place the tuna in the pan and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.
To make it quick & easy …serve with complimentary purchased items…seaweed & wasabi.
